Swimming exercises all the major muscles of your body; it helps your heart, blood vessels and lungs. Swimming gives you stronger, firmer muscles, increases flexibility, while causing minimal trauma to your muscles and bones. Swimming can provide a lifelong satisfaction with one's health!

 

Conquer Your Fear Of Swimming

In our Adult Program, we don't only teach students how to swim, but how to be in control as well. Once students have learned to be in control, they become at ease with the water. Swimming will come naturally and easily! Our instructors will work with students in order to help them feel in control and give them the tools to be independent in the water. Adult programs include private and semi-private lessons and are based on individual needs of the student.

 

Already A Swimmer And Love The Water?

This class is for individuals who are comfortable in the water, but may need guidance with the key swim strokes. Our goal is to help you build endurance and learn proper stroke techniques.

 

Private Lessons and Semi-Private Lessons

20 minute lessons (Prices)

Private Lessons are 1 student per 1 instructor. Semi-Private lessons are 2 students per 1 instructor.
