About Us

Swim Venture, formally known as Shoreline Swim School was founded by Todd and Jill Sousa in 1994. Swim Venture has grown from a single outdoor facility to now managing multiple facilities throughout Orange County.  Owner Jill Sousa is a credentialed elementary school teacher and is completing her masters degree in early childhood curriculum. Todd Sousa has been awarded the Who’s Who of American Teachers for the years 2004 and 2005. He has also been recognized by the United States Swim School Association for his excellence in teaching and creativity in establishing innovative awards programs. In addition, Swim Venture has

been recognized for our commitment to water safety by the Orange County Fire Authority, American Red Cross, Orange County Health Department and several nationally syndicated radio talk shows.

Our vision is to provide indoor adventure island swim schools conveniently located in every community to keep children swimming year round and to provide their parents with the necessary drowning prevention education.
